Alexa Rodriguez

As Administrative Assistant, contracted as a temp through Careers in Nonprofits, Alexa collaborates closely with the Chief Medical Officer, providing vital support in meeting coordination, calendar management, and project oversight. Her responsibilities extend to planning annual regional meetings, fostering committee partnerships, and conducting thorough data collection and analysis.

Before joining AIM, Alexa played a pivotal role at Open House NYC, where she orchestrated the successful annual Open House New York Weekend Festival. Her dedication to fostering community access was evident in her previous position as a Field Team Leader with AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps, where she honed diverse leadership skills during a year of national service. Alexa’s passion for non-profit work in community engagement, poverty alleviation, and public health was solidified through these experiences.
