The Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) is responsible for providing education to parents who choose to exempt their child(ren) from school required immunizations. ADHS will be conducting a pilot project for the 2019-2020 school year designed to provide this education through the use of an online course. This online course is designed only for the use of Personal Beliefs Exemptions in grades K-12 at pilot program schools.
