As the Research and Development Associate, Rachel provides administrative support to the Research and Development team. She works closely with the Corporate Alliance Program, the AIM Leadership in Action Conference, and tasks associated with grant writing and grant deliverables.

Before joining AIM, Rachel completed an internship at the Health Promotion Department at Texas A&M University, focusing on health education and promotion. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health.
