AIM State Legislative Round-up
As the 2026 state legislative calendar moves into its final phase, only 14 state legislatures remain actively in regular session. With most chambers already adjourned and others shifting focus to gubernatorial action and signing deadlines, vaccine-related state policy debates have largely concluded for the year. AIM is tracking 446 bills that were prefilled, introduced, or advanced in the legislative process since August 1 that could impact immunization programs. An overview of legislative movement over the last two weeks is provided in the PDF.
Please Note: AIM is striving to monitor fast-moving state legislative developments. The information included in this summary may not be comprehensive and is subject to change.
