Join AIM for our 2026 AIM Leadership in Action Conference

Where is AIM’s 2026 conference? We are excited to head to sunny Tampa, Florida! The conference will be held at the Hilton Tampa Downtown, just two blocks from the vibrant 2.6-mile Tampa Riverwalk. Stay tuned for an AIM room block that will be opening soon.

Tampa is located on the Gulf Coast of Florida and serviced by the Tampa International Airport (TPA). The airport is a 17-minute drive to the Hilton Tampa Downtown.

When is the conference? The AIM conference will be held Tuesday, December 1, through Thursday, December 3, with some additional and optional pre- and post-conference activities.

     Main Conference: Tuesday, December 1-Thursday, December 3

     Pre-conference Activity: Monday, November 30

  • Optional evening welcome networking event (TBD)

     Post-conference Activities: Thursday, December 3-Friday, December 4

  • Thursday, December 3: Post-conference workshop (for AIM members and their staff only)
  • Friday, December 4: AIM Executive Committee Meeting (for Executive Committee members only)

Is there a conference agenda yet? The conference consists of leadership development training, collaborative meetings with colleagues, and networking opportunities with partners in the immunization space. Please stay tuned for a draft agenda and speaker and breakout session updates.

Who attends the AIM conference? Typically, our conference hosts 250-300 attendees representing the 66 jurisdictional immunization program managers and staff, government and nonprofit partners, and AIM Alliance partners.

What is the cost to attend? 

  • Conference registration:
    • Early bird rate: $900 through October 30
    • Regular rate: $950 through November 27
    • Onsite/late rate: $1000 after November 27
  • Post-conference training registration: $750 per person

How do I register? Registration is not open yet. AIM will utilize Cvent for the conference registration and as the conference app. AIM will announce the launch of registration soon!

How can I book a room at the conference hotel? AIM has secured a room block rate at the Hilton Downtown Tampa for $199 and a limited number of rooms at the government rate of $148.

We will be posting a link to book rooms soon. Please DO NOT book a room outside of our room block.

Are there other sponsorship opportunities? Yes! AIM invites Alliance partners to support key networking events at the 2026 AIM Leadership in Action Conference. These networking events provide additional opportunities for immunization program staff, immunization partners, and Alliance partners to learn from each other and build relationships.
