AIM State Legislative Round-up
Many state legislative sessions are moving into their closing chapters, and the pace of vaccine-related policy activity is beginning to shift accordingly. In some states, the focus is now on final negotiations and last-minute amendments. In others, the remaining weeks are shaping which proposals can still survive crossover, deadline, or adjournment pressure. AIM is tracking 431 bills that were prefilled, introduced, or advanced in the legislative process since August 1 that could impact immunization programs.
