AIM State Legislative Round-up
Vaccine-related bills are now moving through the final stages of 2026 legislative sessions, with many states past key deadlines and several already adjourned for the year. Twelve state legislative sessions have ended, and another nine are set to wrap up later this month, leaving a shrinking number of bills still alive as lawmakers move toward final votes, amendments, and last chances for passage. AIM is tracking 417 bills that were prefilled, introduced, or advanced in the legislative process since August 1 that could impact immunization programs.
