The calls will be held on the third Wednesday of every other month from 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm EST. We will send you a meeting invite at least a week prior to every call. The call agendas will include timely topics and presentations, remarks from Division leadership, and reports from all five ISD branches on current and upcoming projects. If an urgent issue arises between regularly scheduled calls, we will schedule an ad hoc conference call and notify you through the usual channels (all-awardee email, ISD Awardee SharePoint Portal, project officer notifications).
This year, notes from the meetings will be shared via email and they will also be posted on the ISD Awardee SharePoint Portal (for access to or questions about the SharePoint site, please contact Julie Zier at uvr0@cdc.gov).
