Committees & Work Groups

AIM has eight standing committees formed to address policy and programmatic issues. AIM has three working groups formed to address current critical issues and members serving on Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) Work Groups.

The AIM policy committees and working groups provide feedback on issues to the National Centers for Immunization and Respiratory Disease (NCIRD) and other policy making entities. The committees rely heavily on the input of the members to identify critical issues, develop policy and position statements, and provide support and education around the implementation of new vaccine policies and recommendations.
